Features

Tri-mode wireless connectivity for mainstream IoT scenarios

Tri-mode wireless connectivity for mainstream IoT scenarios

TXW827 integrates 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, BLE, and SLE. Wi-Fi supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n and reaches up to 150 Mbps in 1T1R mode, with STA, AP, AP+STA relay, STA+STA, and other operating modes. Built-in PA, LNA, and RF switch resources, together with WPA/WPA2/WPA3 security, make it suitable for cameras, display devices, smart terminals, and other wireless connected products.

Strong audio-video processing for 1080P image transmission

Strong audio-video processing for 1080P image transmission

The chip integrates a high-performance ISP image processing module with up to 1920×1080@30fps processing capability and dual-channel time-division reuse. For video codec workloads, it supports H.264 encoding and decoding, with H.264 decoding up to 1080P@30fps, as well as MJPEG encoding and decoding for IPCs, cameras, recorders, and other products that require real-time image capture, encoding, and transmission.

Rich image enhancement and intelligent vision capability

Rich image enhancement and intelligent vision capability

TXW827 supports 3A algorithms, including automatic white balance, automatic exposure, and automatic focus. It also provides adaptive 2D/3D noise reduction, bad pixel correction, lens shading correction, and brightness, sharpness, contrast, hue, and saturation adjustment. Motion detection, infrared coloring, time watermarking, color frame overlays, and hardware acceleration for optical-flow algorithms help improve imaging quality and intelligent vision processing efficiency.

Complete interfaces for multiple product form factors

The chip provides MIPI CSI, DVP, UVC, and SPI camera input, supporting one 2-lane or two 1-lane MIPI cameras. Display output supports MIPI, RGB, MCU8080, MCU6800, and SPI/QSPI LCD interfaces, with output up to 1280×720@60fps. USB 2.0 HS, USB 1.1 FS, SD Host, SPI, UART, I2S/PCM, PDM, PWM, ADC, comparator, and other interfaces provide strong expansion capability.

Dual-core performance and low power for embedded production

Dual-core performance and low power for embedded production

TXW827 uses a dual-core XuanTie E804 architecture. CPU0 is an E804FD with DSP instructions and hardware floating point, while CPU1 is an E804D with DSP instructions; both cores run at up to 240 MHz. The chip integrates SRAM, supports PSRAM, executes programs from SPI Flash, and supports RTOS and third-party components. ULP/LP low-power modes, ULP current below 10uA, and multi-channel IO wakeup make it suitable for low-power embedded devices.
